Internet speeds feel slow?
Posted by: | CommentsIt has recently come to our attention that some customers feel that their Internet speeds aren’t as fast as they should be. In order for us to properly address this situation, we need your help!
In order to assess your actual speeds, we need you to perform a speed test at different times of day and then e-mail us your results.
So, if you are a Little River customer and you believe your Internet speeds are slow, please:
- Click on this link
- Click on the “Dallas, TX” server and it will perform a test of your actual download and upload speeds.
- Write down the date and time of the speed test, and your actual download and upload speed results. Please perform this test on several occasions at different times of the day. Many different factors can affect Internet speeds, so the more feedback we can receive from you the more accurate we’ll be in assessing and correcting any speed problems.
