Community Involvement

MTC is a cooperative organization and is tied strongly to the community it serves. A big part of our company’s Mission is to “grow with the communities we serve.” With that in mind, MTC is an enthusiastic partner with the Little River and surrounding communities in community and economic development. Our employees attend Chamber meetings and are active in Little River, Lyons, Sterling, Marquette and Inman community events and causes.

In 2000, MTC founded the Little River Community Foundation. The Foundation has been a key ingredient in the community’s growth and lifestyle improvements. Similarly, MTC purchased land south of town and donated it to the Little River Development Group for the purpose of creating an industrial park. MTC consistently donates time, energy and funding for local events and activities.
