MTC is a cooperative organization and is tied strongly to the communities it serves. A big part of our company’s Mission is to “grow with the communities we serve.” and so we grow stronger together through community involvement.

With that in mind, MTC is an enthusiastic partner with the Little River, Lyons, Sterling, Marquette and McPherson communities. Our employees attend Chamber meetings and are active in community events, causes and economic development. Community involvement is important to create ties to our communities and help them grow stronger.
